Electronic mailing list members are users that get mass email messages, including weekly or monthly newsletters. Depending on the software program that is used to manage a given list, they may have joined personally, expressing their categorical approval to be added to the mailing list, or they may have been added manually. The latter means that they will de facto receive unsolicited email messages. Usually, subscribers can be managed by the mailing list administrator who can approve or remove them, or they can unsubscribe manually if they do not want to receive email messages from now on. All members will always receive the exact same content provided that they are part of one and the same mailing list, but a single subscriber will never be able to view the remaining mailing list members in the "To" section of the email message.

If you add a new mailbox, the user will receive a message and will have to verify that they do not mind being added to the list. Removing a user is also remarkably easy – you’ll just have to send an email to the administrator email address pertaining to the particular mailing list.

You’ll be able to import and to remove mailing list subscribers or to view a list of all active mailing list members. The new ones will receive a confirmation request and they will need to accept to join a particular mailing list and to receive emails in the future. You can manage the mailing lists that you have set up and the mailing list subscribers from any place or device without logging in to your Hepsia Control Panel – you just need to send a message to majordomo@your-domain.com.
